Hypermarket GLOBUS is a multiple function trade and production complex including: GLOBUS Hypermarket sales hall, its own restaurant in two levels, pizza restaurant and coffee shop, manufacturing and warehouse facilities including refrigerators, cooling warehouses and refrigerators, office and household premises, Lessees trade spaces, service premises and kiddie corral in mall area, technical premises and also large parking for customers and cargo site.

TOTAL CONSTRUCTION TIME

HAKA MOSCOW won the tender for the GLOBUS Hypermarket working documentation development and construction in Tver in March 2013 and in April 2014, the grand opening of the hypermarket was performed. Overall, the total construction time was about a year.

MEETING TIGHT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES

Due to the short construction time, the development of working documentation went in parallel with the construction. All project management and management team were transferred to the site for the whole construction period. This allowed us to coordinate designing with material order and construction process and also accelerate making managerial and technical decisions. In order to meet short construction time Haka Moscow worked for 7 days a week and critical scheduled works were performed in a day-and-night mode.

GLOBUS HYPERMARKET’S FEATURES ARE

Own workshops for full-cycle food production:

  • Bakery for manufacturing of all types of bakery and confectionary
  • Meat workshop for manufacturing of semi-finished meat products, lunch meat and sausage products, deli meats
  • Fish workshop for manufacturing of hot and cold smoked fish, light-salted fish, semi-finished and ready-made products
  • Cookery making salads and snacks, ready-to-eat meals, sandwiches, desserts and juices

Products of own production differ with broad assortment and conform to the highest quality standards.

GOOD WORKMANSHIP

In addition to hitting the tight construction deadline, with short construction time, special attention was paid to quality of construction and installation works, materials, structures, equipment and also complying with high requirements in the sphere of facility industrial hygiene and fire safety.
