SPECTA is one of the largest manufacturers of high-quality polyester and steel packaging straps and tapes in Europe. Their VOLGASTRAP plant in Kostroma is a modern facility producing high-tension steel packaging straps. Their production uses the latest technology to produce goods in accordance to the highest international standards. Facility is energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly.

During 2006 – 2007 HAKA MOSCOW, in a role of general contractor, carried out general construction and finishing works on the construction of a new factory building, along with reconstruction of the existing buildings of the manufacturing and warehouse complex.

The work was completed with a foreshortened deadline and according to the client highest quality standard requirements.
